– Area schedule: Land Area proposed design 4 typical zones.
– Zone A: Penton with the main center of the hotel, Spa 1500 m2, and 21 private bungalows.
– Zone B: 36 private villas with terrace and swimming pool (2 different types of villas: Villa 3​ bedrooms 450m2 and Villa 5 bedrooms 700m2).
– Zone C: Creation of the Island’s main village with a nice marina. Apartments 5000m2, Shops, Bars, Restaurants, casino 3000m2, and Hotel 2500m2.
– Zone D: Night club + Jungle Park + one Helicopter parking + Pagoda + Sewage water treatment area.
