PROGRAM

The Underground Car Parks was covered by a top roof public garden with high technology standard design total floor= 11,140sqm, there’re 2 basements and deep dig out -7.5m from public sidewalk level.
This Underground Car Parks project provided car parking lot= 334 cars and motorcycles parking lot= 113 motorcycles (Basement 1 floor= 5,570sqm, car parking lot= 155, motorcycles parking lot= 63 and Basement 2 floor= 5,570sqm, car parking lot= 179, motorcycles parking lot= 50).
Installed with high technology & safety standard as:
(Safety cameras, car parks sensor, fire fighting system, handicap lifts, emergency alarm, LED signboard indicator with traffic floor and wall drawing, car & fire smoke exhausted system, auto pump system for raining float, handicap toilet, public toilets, server room, and security posts)
